Struggling Kids established and Dr. Stillwagon serves as Chairman Of The Governing Board of a one-of-a-kind Women’s Center in Nikolaev, Ukraine, for women and their children who are unable to care for their own needs. The Center provides psychological, legal, and social support free of charge for these in such great need. It is not uncommon for women with children to be abandoned by their men or forced from jobs as a result of payments by someone wanting the job. They cannot begin to afford psychological or legal help needed to address these terrible situations. This is an ongoing project in need of continuous support. The Center is located at the main intersection of Nikolaev and served by all public transportation. This gives the Center excellent visibility in the community and is easily accessible to those that need it.
